Third Party

Type of motor insurance policy where the insurer offers protection against damage to the third-party vehicle, personal property and physical injury. The policy does not provide any coverage to the insure.

Motor Body Injury

It is mandatory in the Lebanese country for all the sedan vehicles. Imposed by the government under law #105 & #9585 dated 30-06-1977 & 30-01-2003 respectively and it covers the bodily injuries caused to the third party up to USD 500,000 / 750,000,000 L.L .

What risks does your policy cover?

  • Third party bodily injury arising from the insured vehicle ( up to 750,000,000 )
  • Property & material damage liability for the third party up to 500,000 $)
  • Medical Expenses in case of accidental bodily injury for the driver and the passengers ( up to 1000 $)
  • Road assistance ( towing 3 times per year X 65 km )
  • Accidental Death of the third party (up to 5000 $ )

Exclusions:

  • The driver does not have valid driving licence
  • The driver was driving against the traffic
  • The driver was under the effect of alcohol
  • The driver was driving against the traffic
  • The driver was under the effect of alcohol
  • Material damage to the third party vehicle
  • Accidental bodily injury for the third party or his/her relative
  • The driver does not have valid driving licence
  • Eter insurance does not cover the insured person and his/her family members
